Role Description
This is a full-time, remote role for a Business Development Representative (BDR) at Pearl Consulting Group.
The BDR will be responsible for identifying, initiating, engaging, and nurturing inbound and outbound sales and marketing leads. This role will focus on building pipeline and generating qualified meetings for the consulting team.
The BDR will craft and execute targeted lead generation campaigns including cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email engagement designed to resonate with enterprise cybersecurity and IT leadership audiences.
The role will leverage tools such as ZoomInfo, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, and HubSpot CRM to research prospects, manage outreach campaigns, and track pipeline activity.
Key Responsibilities
Identify and research target accounts within enterprise cybersecurity and IT organizations
Conduct outbound prospecting through cold calls, email campaigns, and LinkedIn messaging
Develop and execute vertical-specific and solution-focused outreach campaigns
Use ZoomInfo and LinkedIn Sales Navigator to build prospect lists and identify decision makers
Manage leads, outreach activity, and pipeline within HubSpot CRM
Qualify prospects and schedule meetings for consulting leadership
Develop messaging that effectively communicates PCG’s consulting services to enterprise cybersecurity audiences
Qualifications
Experience developing lead generation strategies and outbound marketing campaigns
Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot preferred)
Proven cold calling experience
Experience executing outbound email campaigns by solution offering and industry vertical
Experience crafting cold calling scripts and outreach messaging
LinkedIn prospecting and social selling experience
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Positive, persistent, and resilient personality
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Understanding of cybersecurity and IT security industry trends
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or related field preferred
